U-Optics Technology strives to provide the highest
level of service and quality to our customers. The following is
important information on our sales terms and policies.
Purchasing Information
Purchase orders may be placed via phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. All
verbal orders must be followed by written confirmation. Once approved,
U-Optics will reply an order confirmation.
Specifications
When placing orders or requests for quotations, please supply a
part drawing with physical dimensions and any other pertinent specifications.
Prices
Quotes on requirements are available through Sales Representatives
or directly through our international distributors. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
Warranty
U-Optics guarantees that all optic components meet specifications provided.
The buyer should notify us of any defects or nonconformance within
60 days after receipt of material.
Return Material
Authorization (RMA) Number
A RMA number is required to return any product to U-Optics. This number
is used for efficient internal tracking purposes. Please contact
your sales representative to obtain an RMA number.
Delivery
UPS International service will be used for goods delivery unless
otherwise instructed by buyer. If you prefer another carrier, please
provide your account number.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days for approved customers. To be considered
for open terms, please provide U-Optics with one bank reference, three
trade references, and a D&B number if available. Another payment
option will be cash in advance.
