multilayer coating.Dichroic Filters are designed to transmit specific
wavelength ranges at 0¡ãof incident angle.Dielectric coatings have
dependence on incident angles, and the larger incident angles sift
the characteristics of these products to long wave side. Unlike colored glass filters ,dielectric coatings almost do not have absorption because of dielectric coatings. The products are used for separating colors prior to printing or other processing. Three-color projection systems or any other time one wishes to remove a spectral region from an imaging system. |
